These terms apply to tattoo appointments and services at Good Soul Tattoo Studio, 51 Pershore Road South, Cotteridge, Birmingham, B30 3EG.

Bookings & fees

Booking fees are non-refundable. For tattoos priced at £200 or below, a 50% booking fee is required upfront. For tattoos above £200, a £100 booking fee is required upfront. The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your tattoo on the day.

Rescheduling

A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment. One reschedule is allowed per booking. Failure to attend, or late cancellation, may result in the loss of your booking fee.

Age & identification

You must be 18 or over to be tattooed at Good Soul. Valid photo ID is required. We will not tattoo anyone we believe to be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

Health

You must inform us of any medical conditions, medications, pregnancy or other factors that may affect tattooing. Where appropriate, seek advice from your healthcare professional before booking.

Following our aftercare advice is your responsibility. We're always happy to help if you're worried about healing — contact us and we'll advise.
