What happens at your first tattoo.

1. Initial enquiry

You send us a message — by form or WhatsApp. Tell us as much or as little as you know. We'll help fill in the rest.

2. Discussion of your idea

We chat about what you'd like, roughly where, and any reference images. No detail is too vague at this stage.

3. Artist matching

If you don't have a preferred artist, we'll suggest the one whose style best suits your idea.

4. Consultation if required

For some pieces we'll arrange a consultation in the studio to look at placement and design in person.

5. Quote

We give you a clear price estimate based on size, detail, placement and time.

6. Booking fee

A booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from the total on the day.

7. Design preparation

Your artist prepares the design — usually close to the appointment, often within about 72 hours beforehand.

8. Appointment reminders

We send reminders so you always know what's next and when.

9. Consent paperwork

A short form covering your details and relevant health information — straightforward and quick.

10. The tattoo process

Your artist talks you through each step. You'll know what's happening throughout.

11. Design & stencil placement

We place the stencil and check positioning with you before anything permanent happens.

12. Breaks

Take a break whenever you need one. Just say the word.

13. Finishing the tattoo

We show you the finished piece, answer any questions, and talk you through aftercare.

14. Aftercare

Clear guidance on how to look after your tattoo for the best heal.

15. Follow-up

We check in to see how it's healing. If you're ever worried, we're a message away.
