If you would like to book a tattoo with one of our artists then please read the following information before contacting us. We look forward to hearing from you.
Please describe your tattoo idea in as much detail as possible, including the size (in cm) and location on the body you would like the tattoo. Do you want black and grey or colour?Please forward a picture of the area along with any reference images. Please note we do not copy other tattoos or designs.This information helps us make sure we can allocate the best artist for the job before discussing available appointment dates and accept deposits.Please include if you want a certain artist to do your tattoo.
All deposits are non refundable.Your chosen artist will provide you with a quote for your tattoo once they have received the requested information.A deposit is required in order to secure a date for your appointment and for us to start work on your design.The deposit is deducted from the total cost of the tattoo and can be taken via cash at the studio, bank transfer or PayPal which will be paid directly to your artist.Changes to the original idea, or major alterations to the design, due to the submission of additional information/reference, for already booked tattoos will potentially be done at an increased cost. We reserve the right to decline your project at this stage.Full payment is required immediately at the end of each session. Cash is our preferred method.If you need to change the date of your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you must let us or your artist know at least 72 hours prior to the session. A new deposit will be required if you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours notice. You can reschedule your appointment only once without losing your deposit.If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within 72 hours of your appointment you must provide logged in proof of your NHS test results. If you test positive on the morning we will allow a grace period to provide your results. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. Re-schedules due to COVID-19 must take place within 4-6 weeks of your original appointment date for your deposit to transfer over. The deposit can only be moved once in these circumstances.
All of our artists abide by the law and will only tattoo those who are 18+ or older. Please note, you may need to provide ID on the day of your appointment. Valid forms of ID include a passport or driving license. You will be required to sign a waiver either online or upon arriving at the studio in paper form.Please come alone to your appointment as we have limited space in the studio.Ensure you are well rested and have eaten a meal before your appointment and have shaved the area you are getting tattooed. It is recommended that you don't consume alcohol for a few days before your appointment as this may cause excessive bleeding and an issue with the healing process.If you are late, you must inform us by calling the studio on 07432169606 or an email. if you are more than 30 minutes late without any notification, the session will be cancelled without any refund.
